Are you singing The Recession Blues
 We’ve
all been bombarded lately by the news media, economists, bankers and
yes, even our friends moaning “We’re in a recession!” aka “The sky is
falling, the sky is falling!” If you dwell on the situation too long you
can’t help but feel apprehensive, doubtful and scared. The Staff at The
Pool & Spa Place have had many meetings over the last few months
deciding what the best approach would be to these latest economic
conditions. Guess what? We’ve decided things are really
not that
bad. It’s been a good year…maybe not a great year, but a good year
anyway. Did we achieve all our goals? No. Did we experience any
disappointments? Of course. Could we have improved our outcomes? Yes.
Are we happy anyway? You bet we are!
We’re thankful and
happy for the support of our many wonderful customers. You have given us
confidence by placing your trust in us. We are enjoying the blessings of
good health, family and good friends. These difficult times have
reminded us of what’s really most valuable to us all…our closest
relationships.
With those
